LEVEL 1: THE FUNDAMENTALS OF WORK MANAGEMENT

The Fundamentals of Work Management is designed to assist maintainers, operators, supply officers, engineers and other stakeholders understand work associated with the day-to-day care of physical assets. Work management covers the process of identifying work, planning & scheduling.The safe execution of work and then the closeout & feedback on the work completed. It touches on materials support as well as KPIs and performance reporting.

This course will assist individuals who wish to be more valuable to both their employers and their colleagues in the workplace. It presents a detailed view of the roles of stakeholders and how they combine with each other in a team approach to ensuring the right work at the right time on assets.
Advice is provided to allow refinement of the course material to a specific role in the participant’s workplace.
